The Delhi High Court rejected a plea from drug firm Cadila Healthcare seeking to restrain Diat Foods from using the 'sugar free' tag for low calorie food products. The court said the term 'sugar free' cannot be restricted if used descriptively and without intent to cause customer confusion. It allowed Diat Foods to continue using the term but not with greater prominence than other product details, and gave 30 days to exhaust existing packaging. Meanwhile, metallurgical coke prices were expected to rise by Rs. 5,000 per tonne by December due to increasing steel demand, and Gujarat NRE Coke planned capacity expansion to meet demand. Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra said due dilig
